Tektome is a startup that develops AI co-pilots for architectural design. The company is looking for a UX Designer/Researcher to lead the experience design of AI-utilized workflows in the AEC field.
Responsibilities
- Researching and documenting workflows in architectural design, construction, and facility management
- Conducting interviews and workshops to identify user challenges, KPIs, and AI utilization opportunities
- Designing ideal future workflows and UX using Figma, BPMN, Miro, etc.
- Creating UX storyboards, before/after scenarios, personas, process maps, etc.
- Collaborating with PM, architects, AI researchers, and engineers to promote user-centered design
Requirements
- Japanese native level, English daily conversation level
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, service design, or business design
- Skill in visualizing and structuring workflows and user journeys
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.
- Experience with qualitative research, such as interviews and field surveys
