Manager Silicon Design Engineering

The role involves managing and mentoring the Silicon Engineering/Design Verification group, defining verification strategies, and collaborating with multifunctional leaders. The manager will also participate in architectural discussions and support post-silicon teams as needed.
Responsibilities
- Form a team and nurture talents
- Lead a high performance engineering team
- Define verification strategy for large and complex IPs and multiIP subsystems, spanning simulation, FPV, and emulation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Must have managed a silicon verification team in the past
- Strong foundation in verification planning and execution across simulation, formal, and emulation
Key Skills
- Strong mentoring/coaching skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive level summarization skills
