The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the visual development of marketing materials and brand initiatives. They will manage multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on brand, high-impact design concepts across digital, print, environmental, and social platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and other creatives to create cohesive brand storytelling through a variety of channels
- Create marketing materials including advertising, brochures, branded templates, social posts, and more.
- Champion brand integrity while pushing creative boundaries.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through production.
- Provide art direction to junior designers and external vendors as needed.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
- Participate in creative reviews and present design rationale to stakeholders
- Prepare final files for print and digital production.
- Oversee quality control of design assets across channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier experience is a plus)
Key Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across brand, digital, and print.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make strategic decisions, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
