The Graphic Designer will provide design and creative solutions for the Marketing and Sales needs of the baseball and softball business unit. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, performing design tasks from start to final production, and managing project tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Art Director, Marketing, Ecommerce, copywriters, internal designers and outside designers and ad agencies to gather information for layouts and concepts all the way through production phases
  • Performs a variety of design tasks from start to final production such as logo designs, packaging, point-of-purchase, web, mobile & social channels, product launch events, retail, and brand activations and other specialty projects as assigned by Marketing and Art Directors
  • Coordinates with Production firms to define specifications for quoting and bidding of various projects within defined design perimeters of project to ensure quality and proper execution
  • Works with Staff Photographer on coordinating and providing product, photo layouts and background concepts for various projects
  • Coordinates with Staff Copy Writer on providing details, background, layouts and client direction for various projects

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a small design firm or corporate in-house department
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects, and associated design software
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic conventional design and Creative knowledge in a broad array of systems and technologies including industrial design, architecture, and graphic design
