Sr Motion Graphic Designer

The Senior Motion Graphic Designer conceptualizes, designs, and produces impactful motion graphics and animations that elevate CoxHealth’s brand. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop visual content that aligns with marketing and communication objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing, designing, and producing motion graphics, animations, and visual content
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine assets
- Staying current with emerging design trends, AI-powered tools, and industry best practices
- Mentoring junior staff and supporting print material creation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or 8 years of relevant experience
- 1+ year of experience in motion graphic, animation, or video editing
- 5+ years of experience in a senior or lead role (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare system or other regulated industry (preferred)
Key Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Skilled in 3D design and motion graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Houdini)
- Experienced with interactive design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
- Adept in data visualization (charts, graphs, infographics)
