The Graphic Designer will be responsible for elevating the Principle brand through art direction, graphic design, and social marketing. Key tasks include creating designs for various materials, managing the website, and collaborating on marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build a marketing toolkit that reflects the Principle brand
- Establish and manage collaborative relationships across departments
- Management of Principle brand assets for communications
- Design print and digital materials
- Manage and design staff templates and presentation decks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, creative design, marketing, advertising, or related field
- Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Graphic design skill and brand management experience
