We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who loves turning ideas into intuitive, beautiful interfaces. The ideal candidate will conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to communicate design ideas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform design strategy and product positioning
- Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to communicate design ideas
- Design visually compelling and consistent user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to design system evolution
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve product usability
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience
