As a Senior UX Designer, you will work across the design cycle, generating a detailed understanding of user needs and creating conceptual and detailed designs. You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to create user flows and solutions that support user tasks on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Create meaningful change in one of the most complex and vital industries in the world
- Work on end-to-end journeys that touch millions of customers and partners globally
- Be part of a diverse and talented UX community, where your ideas influence strategic decisions
- Thrive in an environment that encourages leadership, autonomy, and continuous learning
- Drive the UX efforts across multiple; identifying the UX work needed and help build a vision for the future state
- Work closely with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to explore problem spaces, ideate solutions, and lead research, design, and testing from concept to launch
- Make conceptual ideas and refine them into a useful and valuable product experience
- Provide and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise the bar of quality
- Integrate AI and data-driven insights into design processes to enhance decision-making
- Promote Design Thinking, user-centric approaches, and system-level thinking across teams
- Mentor and coach more junior designers
Requirements
- 7+ years in UX research/design
- MA/MSc in HCI, Product Design, or a related field
- Experience with AI-driven design approaches or data-informed UX
- Familiarity with design tools and AI powered work processes, such as in Figma, Lovable
- Experience working with design systems
- Experience with designing AI-powered user experiences
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
