The UI/UX Designer will translate business goals and user needs into UX strategies and create wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications. They will also facilitate workshops, conduct UX research, and collaborate with various teams to ensure quality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear UX strategies, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications (from concept to delivery)
- Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders (e.g., problem framing, user journeys, prioritization, validation planning)
- Plan and conduct UX research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis) and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Design clean, consistent interfaces aligned with brand and usability standards; ensure accessibility and inclusive design practices
Requirements
- Strong experience in UI/UX / Product Design with a portfolio showing end-to-end work (problem → process → solution → impact)
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) and modern collaboration workflows
- Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, IA, interaction design, usability heuristics, responsive design
- Experience conducting and/or supporting research and validation (usability testing, interviews, synthesis)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers (handoffs, constraints, QA feedback); basic understanding of technical feasibility is expected
