As a Product Designer, you will shape user experiences for AI-powered remote support, balancing automation with human control. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces based on user needs and technical capabilities.
Responsibilities

- Deliver user-centered designs through research, prototyping, and iterationâfrom concept to production-ready solutions

Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in software or digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills with shipped products
- Strong communication skills and receptiveness to feedback
- Experience designing for technical products, tools, or complex workflows
- Ideally: Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical tools
- Ideally: Experience with user research methods and applying insights to design decisions
- Ideally: Familiarity with design systems or component-based design approaches
- Ideally: Interest in AI/ML technologies, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation
