Lead design activities end-to-end for mission-critical systems while contributing to the design system. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across digital products.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops, vision sessions, and journey mapping to align teams on user-focused outcomes
- Drive design from concept through prototyping, validation, and high-fidelity UI for reliable mission-critical experiences
- Build scalable design systems with modular UX patterns that power consistent experiences in our modular architecture
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while advancing design consistency
- Champion evidence-based user-centered design, drawing from Saab research and external science-backed practices
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding user experiences while leveraging design systems at scale, shown in a strong portfolio
- Expert in Figma
- Exceptional collaborator who influences engineering, product, and stakeholders to drive design adoption organisation-wide
- Skilled in measuring design impact using usability metrics, A/B testing and other relevant metrics and methods
- Fluent in Swedish and English
