You will undertake user research, participate in workshops, and prepare designs from sketches to digital prototypes. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to create user-centered solutions for various projects.
Responsibilities
- Undertake user research to build understanding of user needs
- Participate in concept generation and problem-solving workshops
- Prepare designs at a range of fidelities from sketches to digital prototypes
- Be a champion for user-centered design methodologies
- Share what you learn with the group to help us grow together
Requirements
- Currently pursuing, or have already completed, a relevant degree with strong academic results
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with peers and clients to understand their challenges and present solutions
- Experience using prototyping tools such as Figma
- Awareness of Service Design principles and processes
- Confidence in storytelling and communicating ideas, using a range of methods to bring concepts to life
