The Senior Product Designer will drive the overall user experience quality across web, mobile, and back-office systems. They will define user flows, create design artifacts, and collaborate closely with product and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the overall user experience quality across web, mobile, and back-office systems
- Define and maintain user flows, interaction patterns, UI standards, and design rationale
- Create high-quality design artefacts including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
- Translate user stories into UI/UX flows in close collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners
Requirements
- Strong interest in product development and deep knowledge of design thinking
- Extensive experience with UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms
- Strong background in user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions
- Highly emphatic with a sharp eye for accessibility and simplifying complex workflows
- Advanced expertise in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaboration workflows
Key Skills
