Product Designer Senior - Expert E-commerce & Tunnel d'Achat H/F

The Product Designer Senior will conduct user research and analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and growth opportunities. They will also design user interfaces that enhance product discovery and streamline the payment process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and CRO to identify critical points of friction and growth levers in the funnel
• Analyze customer journeys (web/mobile) and usage data (drop-off rates, task time) to propose optimizations with a direct impact on sales volume and average basket size
• Implement structured and iterative Product Design approaches, focused on maximizing ROI and CRO

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a significant and proven expertise in e-commerce, checkout tunnel optimization, and payment experiences
• Solid expertise in UX/UI Design with the ability to understand and simplify complex business logic (pricing rules, delivery management, logistics)
• Advanced mastery of Figma for high-fidelity mockup design, interactive prototyping, and Design System management
