The UX Researcher will deliver end-to-end research programs to understand customer needs and experiences, collaborating with various departments to integrate findings into the design process. They will also monitor industry trends and utilize data analytics tools to extract insights that inform product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of research projects utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm innovative design concepts
- Develop and test prototypes, mock-ups, or value propositions to support concept development and usability feedback
- Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and design best practices to inform research and design decisions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to analyze, summarize, and triangulate insights
- Strong collaborator and communicator with ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in design concept and prototype research
