The Staff UX Researcher will develop research plans and conduct studies to inform product insights that enhance user engagement, conversion, and retention. They will communicate findings effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop research plans in partnership with Product leads and stakeholders
- Conduct research to inform product insights and decision-making
- Communicate findings from various inputs to craft actionable and unbiased recommendations
- Establish strong relationships with product management and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives to align resources and methodology with business needs
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience as a UX researcher or research analyst
- D2C experience with research touchpoints across platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in support of product development
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Suite, usability study software, and/or statistical research software
