The Staff UX Researcher will develop research plans and conduct studies to drive product insights that inform decision-making and prioritization of product features. They will also communicate findings effectively and establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop research plans in partnership with Product leads, Product Designers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct research that drives product insights to inform decision making and prioritization of product features/enhancements
  • Effectively communicate findings from variety of inputs including analytics, survey results, user behavior, and other data
  • Establish strong and productive relationships with product management and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally around strategic initiatives to align resources and methodology with business needs

Requirements

  • 8+ years' work experience as a UX researcher or research analyst
  • D2C experience research touchpoints cross platform
  • Experience working with cross functional teams in support of product development
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Suite, usability study software, and/or statistical research software
