Stripe is seeking a Staff UX Researcher to work on the Payments team, conducting primary research and enabling other teams to apply research skills, with a focus on user-centered experiences and product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead critical research efforts and complex, large-scale research programs
- Promote a unified view of customers and users
- Ensure user needs and insights play a leading role in product strategy and development decisions
- Partner closely with other researchers to build out Stripeās research practice and infrastructure
Requirements
- 7+ years relevant research experience working on digital experiences
- Specific research expertise
- Ability to conduct complex research at scale
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
