Product Designer - Consumer Facing (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

Agoda is seeking a Product Designer to join their design team in Bangkok, working on travel search, booking, and checkout experiences for their online platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on design solutions for consumer travel search, booking, and checkout experiences
• Engage in research and collaborate with researchers to evaluate proposed solutions
• Acquire deep domain knowledge in OTA business through collaboration with product leaders and stakeholders
• Represent Agoda Design by advocating user-centric design principles and engaging with external property partner touchpoints
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders with agile development process
• Proficient in creating wireframes, UX design tools, and prototyping
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
