The Sr. Product Designer will lead the strategy and execution of design solutions to enhance user engagement and drive digital growth. This includes owning user journeys, maturing design processes, and synthesizing findings for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end user journeys to solve complex product design problems and define strategy to deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Act as a force-multiplier, helping mature design systems, rituals, and processes
  • Guide projects forward proactively and with a bias for action
  • Synthesize and present findings to stakeholders, leadership/executives

Requirements

  • 6+ years of design experience
  • Available online portfolio
  • Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps

  • Base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market
