The product designer will work closely with product managers and software engineers to design the best experience for customers. They will also collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable components and follow best-in-class design principles.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers and software engineers to design the best experience for customers
- Use Figma for design and prototyping, UserTesting for user research, and Posthog for user analytics
- Collaborate with the front-end platform team to build scalable components and follow best-in-class design principles
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product design experience at high-growth software companies
- Excellent portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership, clear problem framing, and thoughtful UI for complex workflows
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally with data-dense, multi-step, or domain-heavy user journeys
- Strong design systems experience and comfort collaborating closely with engineering to evolve and maintain component libraries
