Senior UX/UI Product Designer – Mobile

Design intuitive and responsive mobile applications for iOS and Android. Lead user research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mobile-first user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and responsive mobile applications, including native iOS and Android interfaces
- Lead user research and exploration to inform product roadmaps and optimize mobile-first user experiences
- Apply and evolve a common mobile design system to maintain consistency across products and platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to integrate design strategies into business goals
- Deliver detailed design artifacts such as wireframes, journey maps, and interaction flows, with a focus on mobile usability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field
- 6 years of professional product design experience in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated expertise in mobile design for iOS and Android platforms
- Deep understanding of end-to-end product design processes including user flows, prototyping, and validation
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, mobile usability standards, and platform-specific guidelines

Benefits
- Salaried: $55-58 per hour
- Incorporated Business Rate: $66-69 per hour
- 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week
- Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm
- Remote work available on Mondays and Fridays
