Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and concept development to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all design practices, adhering to WCAG standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
