Lead UX Designer

Define and evolve UX strategy, information architecture, and experience frameworks for the Xfinity App. Collaborate with product, engineering, and design peers to align experience goals with business and customer objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve UX strategy, information architecture, and experience frameworks for the Xfinity App
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design peers to align experience goals with business and customer objectives
• Develop and document user flows, structural frameworks, and experience models that guide app design at scale
• Act as a subject matter expert in UX systems thinking, ensuring cross-functional alignment and consistency
• Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and strategy sessions to drive clarity and shared understanding
• Partner with research and analytics teams to translate insights into strategic design direction

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX Strategy, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture within large-scale digital products or mobile ecosystems
• Proven ability to translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, intuitive design solutions
• Strong understanding of design systems, user flows, and frameworks for scalable digital experiences
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and other collaborative design tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams in agile environments
• Deep commitment to user-centered design principles and data-informed decision making
