Intermediate UX Designer

As a member of the UX Design team, you will identify user needs, sketch solutions, and refine designs based on user feedback. You will collaborate with UX, product, and development teams to develop solutions that enhance the user experience of travel management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas, and refine designs with data and user feedback
  • Use research insights, analytics, and usability testing to iterate and improve on your designs
  • Work closely with your trifecta (UX, product and development teams) and stakeholders to develop solutions to new problems while bringing consistency, simplicity, and ease-of-use to the experience of our products
  • Partner with developers throughout the handoff and build process, participating in QA when needed
  • Help document design decisions, patterns, and specifications for implementation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX design
  • An online portfolio showcasing your UX design work
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline)
