As a Product Designer, you will take ownership of the design process from discovery to delivery, collaborating with Product Managers and Developers to solve customer and business problems. You will also contribute to the evolution of the Design System to ensure quality and consistency across products.
Responsibilities
- Experience in end-to-end product design processes on digital products from discovery to implementation working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Partnering with Product Managers and Developers to define and solve customer and business problems
- Conceptualize and transform complex challenges into design solutions that are as beautiful as they are functional
- Collaborate with Product Designers and our Design System squad on maintaining and evolving our existing libraries, components and more
- Contribute to shaping direction and priorities within your feature team, championing user-centricity, design excellence, and good design practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in-house on consumer facing digital products
- Solid portfolio of product design work that demonstrates a high bar for visual design combined with an understanding of complex end to end product experiences
- Comfortable with questioning the status quo, asking for feedback, and collaborating with a diverse team
- Take ownership of the design process and consider technical implications to make informed decisions
- Believe that inclusive and accessible design can go hand in hand with creating beautiful user experiences
- Spanish language skills are a plus
