The Senior UI/UX Designer will conduct user research and usability tests to understand customer needs and create intuitive user interfaces for digital banking products. They will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to ensure designs meet user needs and align with the bank's brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability tests to understand customer needs
- Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital banking platforms and applications
- Design and maintain visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with the bank's brand identity and design guidelines
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for visualisation and testing of product concepts and features
