Senior UX & Product Designer- (7 month contract) Digital Experience Uplift team

Lead end-to-end UX and product design processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fan delight. Collaborate with various teams and external agencies to maintain design quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX and product design processes, from discovery to delivery
- Translate business and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Apply product thinking to ensure designs solve real problems, align with commercial outcomes, and integrate seamlessly with digital platforms
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and compliance with best practice UX standards
- Conduct and apply insights from usability testing, research, and analytics to refine solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in UX/Product Design roles
- Proven end-to-end design expertise
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product design work across web and mobile
Key Skills
- UX/Product Design skills
- Product thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
