Lead Product Designer

As the Lead Product Designer, you will own the user experience, brand identity, and design system for the platform. You will be responsible for delivering extraordinary designs and collaborating with engineering and product teams to create intuitive user flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire user experience, brand identity, and design system for the protocol
• Foster design thinking, simplicity, and clarity across all product touchpoints in the complex Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem
• Deliver incredible designs quickly and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex protocol mechanics into intuitive user flows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex crypto or fintech products to market
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a deep understanding of simplicity and clarity in product design
• Well-rounded skillset with proven ability to own and deliver across the full spectrum of design, including UX, UI, and Brand Design
• Execution focus with a track record of delivering high-quality designs quickly and iterating rapidly based on user feedback and product needs
• Full ownership of design problems from initial research to final implementation and testing
