As the Lead Product Designer, you will own the user experience, brand identity, and design system for the platform. You will be responsible for delivering designs from initial research through to production-ready interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire user experience, brand identity, and design system for the protocol
- Foster design thinking, simplicity, and clarity across all product touchpoints in the complex Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem
- Deliver incredible designs quickly and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex crypto or fintech products to market
- Customer-obsessed mindset
- Well-rounded skillset in UX, UI, and brand design
