Senior Product Designer - Business Onboarding

The Senior Product Designer will define how to onboard business customers and create user-friendly experiences for a complex financial product. They will build empathy for customers and guide their team to prioritize customer-centricity and design quality.
Responsibilities
- Getting to know Wise customers, building empathy and deep understanding of their needs and challenges
- Using the full range of Product Design skills to discover, design and deliver simple, well-crafted experiences
- Guiding the team to prioritise customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality
- Shipping work youâre proud of, crafting experiences that are innovative, easy to use and clear
Requirements
- Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people
- Experience designing for web surfaces including desktop and mobile formats
- Experience working with design systems to produce well-crafted and functional design that scales
- Practise evidence-based design, and can rationalise decisions clearly and credibly
