Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Contribute to strategic decisions and facilitate conversations to drive progress against goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content designers
- Have an end-to-end responsibility for a specific product design experience
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of AutoScout24 products
- Translate analysis and research insights into new ideas and concepts with the help of our analysis and research teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of in-house experience as a Senior Designer in a software development environment for e-commerce/marketplaces or similar
- Strong UX design skills showcased in your portfolio
- Experience in mentoring less seasoned designers as well as strong communication & facilitation skills, written and verbal
