Aquent Studios is seeking a Product Designer to spearhead critical design initiatives within the client's highly collaborative Product Design team.
Responsibilities
- Leading complex design initiatives, delivering world-class experiences that directly influence the overall product strategy.
- Driving end-to-end product experiences, thoughtfully considering the full user and product ecosystems, workflow, and consistent design patterns.
- Developing foundational frameworks and guiding principles to standardize and align cross-team design work across the organization.
- Leading collaborative work streams with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivered experiences deeply resonate with users.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in related fields.
- 7+ years of relevant design experience.
- Experience with design libraries and experience creating components.
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions.
