Graphic Designer, Advisors Creative Desk

The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering visual design direction for creative projects while ensuring brand consistency. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging designs and maintain quality across all mediums.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering the visual design direction for creative projects across platforms
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling designs that engage and resonate with the audience(s)
• Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of content and design across all mediums
• Overall responsibility on the overall production of creative materials and agreed deadlines
• Presentation of brand creative concepts to marketing teams
• Produce creative guidelines to ensure consistency of brand and creative across all mediums

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Min. 3 years of experience in art direction, creative design, or advertising
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or other design tools
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design principles
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and composition
