Sr Graphic Designer | Remote | LATAM Only | 85139

The Senior Graphic Designer will translate strategy and concepts into compelling visual systems and assets while developing brand identities across various formats. This role involves collaborating closely with other creatives to create cohesive stories and maintaining internal design systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy, concepts, and copy into clear, compelling visual systems and assets
• Develop and evolve brand identities (logos, typography, color, layout systems, asset libraries)
• Design for a wide range of formats: presentations, social campaigns, landing pages, reports, one-pagers, event collateral, and more
• Explore multiple design options and directions, then refine based on feedback and constraints
• Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, video editors, and animators to create cohesive stories
• Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and platform best practices—and know when to ignore a trend in favor of clarity
• Help improve and maintain our internal design systems, templates, and workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally with a mix of agency, in-house, and/or brand work
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign)
• Fluency in Figma for digital design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
