Leland is seeking a designer to create marketing and growth assets, including social graphics, paid ads, and email visuals, to help achieve ambitious career and educational goals.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing and growth assets
- Create and maintain reusable templates
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing on campaign creative
- Work with the Head of Design to expand and refine Leland’s brand system
- Support UX/Product designers with light visual asset creation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design craft
- Clear typography and layout skills
- Branding or brand-adjacent work
- Marketing or campaign creative
- Proficiency in Figma
