As a Senior UX Designer, you will drive research, ideation, and interaction design across key initiatives, taking ownership of the full UX process. A central part of the role will be leading UX efforts for a major internal project aimed at elevating employee experience across the Group.
Responsibilities
- Drive research, ideation, and interaction design across key initiatives
- Take ownership of the full UX processâframing problems, uncovering insights, and translating them into clear, validated solutions
- Plan and run user research and usability testing
- Facilitate ideation and concept workshops
- Create UX Design and prototypes compliant with digital design system (DDS)
- Develop and refine UI patterns for digital products
- Lead UX work in a major employee-experience project
- Support UX metrics, validation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5â7 years of hands-on UX experience across research and interaction design
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work
- Strong user-research capabilities and the ability to translate insights into actionable concepts
- High proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and collaborative workflows
- Strong interaction-design skills and the ability to simplify complexity
- Experience creating and evolving UI patterns aligned with a design system
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
