As a Junior Product Designer, you will contribute to the design and evolution of new scalable benefits while keeping the user at the center. You will ideate, prototype, and test product concepts, support user research activities, and collaborate with team members in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Ideating, prototyping, and testing product concepts across different platforms, primarily in Figma
- Supporting user research activities (interviews, testing, analysis) while learning from senior designers and gradually increasing involvement
- Designing solutions for small features with autonomy, and collaborating on medium-sized features with team support
- Using and applying design systems to ensure consistency in visuals and user experience
- Actively participating in agile workflows and continuous delivery environments, working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers
- Communicating design ideas clearly and effectively, highlighting their potential impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field
- 1 or 2 years of experience in Product design, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or benefits
- Fluent in Spanish and English
