UX Product Designer

Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and consistency across the design system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals and conduct usability testing to iterate based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centred experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes
- Own Figma workflows: create and maintain design components, libraries, and tokens for scalable design systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to improve user experience
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
Requirements
- 3–5 years in UX/UI or Product Design roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction patterns
- Experience with usability testing and interpreting qualitative/quantitative feedback
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
