The UX Designer will conduct a thorough audit of the existing client portal and validate current user journeys. They will lead user research, define user needs, and produce low-fidelity models to guide UI mockups and development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct an in-depth audit of the existing portal to create a complete inventory of required screens
- Validate current user journeys based on the proposed architecture
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, tests, data analysis)
- Define user needs, create user profiles and journeys
- Produce low-fidelity models that will serve as a basis for creating UI mockups and guide developers during production and delivery
- Design interactive prototypes in collaboration with the UI designer
- Organize and analyze usability tests
- Collaborate closely with product, design, development, and marketing teams
Requirements
- University degree in interaction design, computer science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in UX Design
- Mastery of prototyping tools
- Great autonomy
- Solid skills in user research and user-centered design
- Ability to deliver structured, ready-to-be-integrated deliverables
