Senior Product Designer - Enterprise

Take full ownership of the design process for core enterprise features and partner closely with product and engineering leads to define strategic priorities. Lead design efforts that support long-term enterprise goals and guide other designers.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the design process for core enterprise features
• Partner closely with product and engineering leads to define strategic priorities
• Lead design efforts that support long-term enterprise goals such as scalability, governance, security, and permissioning
• Design systems and flows that empower administrators, IT teams, and enterprise users
• Guide and mentor other designers, raising the bar for quality and craft
• Collaborate across teams and time zones with a strong async mindset and great communication habits
• Contribute to monday.com’s broader design culture, sharing learnings and driving best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• Prior SaaS or enterprise-focused experience
• Owned large-scale features or products end-to-end
• Strategic thinking and ability to influence product direction through design
• Experience working across distributed teams and managing complex stakeholder dynamics
• Portfolio that reflects deep product thinking, elegant interaction design, and real-world impact
