The Senior Product Designer will own the design vision and execution for the squad, leading product discovery, design, testing, and delivery. They will design intuitive experiences that help users explore and act on complex benchmarking data.
Responsibilities
- Own the design vision and execution for the squad, leading product discovery, design, testing, and delivery
- Design experiences that help users explore, interpret, and act on complex benchmarking data
- Support the unification of experiences across Metrics products by aligning interaction patterns, workflows, and design conventions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing elegant, user-centered, and data-informed design solutions
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent communication and storytelling skills
