Senior Product Designer (Menu Management) - Fixed term

The Senior Product Designer will improve how restaurants manage and elevate their menu offerings across the global platform. This includes leading design conversations, collaborating with stakeholders, and applying advanced design skills to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep domain knowledge in Menu Management and become a key design contributor across the Menu Self Service and Menu Quality squads.
• Partner with PMs, Engineers, Analysts, and Commercial teams to define and solve meaningful product problems with measurable outcomes.
• Lead and facilitate ideation workshops and cross-functional design reviews to drive alignment and decisions.
• Apply advanced skills in interaction design, visual design, and experience design to deliver elegant solutions for complex product flows.
• Use data (quant + qual) to validate hypotheses and refine the user experience iteratively.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in UX & UI design, ideally in product-driven tech organizations.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, problem-solving, and ability to create usable, scalable, and elegant design solutions.
• Fluency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools as well as deep knowledge of interaction patterns and UX principles.
• Excellent written, visual, and interpersonal communication skills—you can clearly explain your ideas and decisions, even under pressure.
• Comfortable with facilitation, workshop design, and co-creation.
