Lead end-to-end design for a defined product area, transforming complex problems into user-centered solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions align with business goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for a defined product area, turning complex problems into elegant, user-centred solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.
- Coach and mentor other designers, raise standards across the team, and champion best practice in research, prototyping, and service design.
- Lead the evolution of our design system, driving adoption across teams and ensuring consistency and quality.
- Embed AI across workflows, identifying where it can enhance research, prototyping, or decision-making, integrating AI tools effectively, and guiding the team to use them responsibly.
Requirements
- Proven end-to-end product design leadership and 6+ years’ experience in digital product design.
- Strong Figma and prototyping skills, with the ability to set and maintain design quality standards.
- Experience leading research, usability testing, and turning insights into strategic design direction.
- Commercial awareness and experience balancing user needs with business goals.
- Skilled in service-level thinking, journey mapping, and designing for complex or regulated domains.
