Hybrid Full-time Lead

As a Lead Product Designer, you will own the design vision and strategy for your product area, ensuring coherence across the ecosystem. You will lead user research initiatives and drive the end-to-end design process from exploration to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design vision, strategy, and experience quality for your product area, ensuring coherence and clarity across the ecosystem
  • Champion user-centric thinking and influence product direction, prioritization, and long-term roadmap decisions
  • Lead discovery and user research initiatives that uncover deep insights and reveal strategic opportunities
  • Design and synthesize complex research insights to shape product direction and address usability challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus)
  • 7+ years of product design experience, with significant time spent in enterprise/SaaS environments
  • Strong experience designing for complex systems, data-rich products, or multi-layer business domains
  • Expertise working with and contributing to design systems at scale
