The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual assets that elevate the Simplevenue brand portfolio and enhance the guest experience. The role involves designing marketing materials, supporting social media content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials
- Design assets including menus, in-store signage, promotional flyers, table tents, packaging elements, and digital displays
- Create graphics for brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches
- Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across the organization
- Design graphics, templates, and visual elements for social media content, ads, website assets, and email marketing
- Prepare print-ready files and manage production with external print vendors
- Partner with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to support new menu items, promotions, and store initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of design experience, preferably in food, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and tools like Canva or Figma
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory
- Experience preparing print files and working with printers
- Photography and/or video editing skills are a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
