Senior Employer Graphic Designer

The Senior Employer Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing, supporting, and managing design projects, as well as creating design systems and art guides. They will also create promotional creatives for social media and participate in design solutions for existing and new products.

Responsibilities

• Developing, supporting, controlling, and leading design projects.
• Creating design systems.
• Developing art guides.
• Creating creatives for promoting projects in social networks.
• Controlling and implementing graphics according to established rules and templates.
• Participating in creating design solutions for existing and new products.
• Working with corporate merchandise.
• Creating and designing stands and photo zones.
• Analyzing work processes and optimizing them.
• Active communication with the customer.

Requirements

• Good skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent composition, layout, and color skills.
• Experience in designing social media, presentations, infographics, and merchandise.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working with AI tools.
