You will develop visual concepts that ensure our ads stand out and perform effectively. This role focuses on creating impactful designs rather than just aesthetically pleasing graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Developing visual concepts for paid ads campaigns
  • Creating social-first ad visuals for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
  • Developing hooks, layout structures, visual hierarchies, and conversion-focused designs
  • Collaborating with creative strategists to translate marketing hypotheses into visual experiments

Requirements

  • Strong skills in at least one of the common design tools (PS, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Understanding of social media mechanics: Hook focus, scrolling psychology, attention triggers
  • Performance thinking: understanding why a visual works, not just how it looks
  • Ability to connect brand aesthetics with conversion logic
  • Quick comprehension, visual concept thinking, and iterative work style
