As the Principal UX Designer I, you will lead the design strategy and creative toolkit for multiple businesses or product lines. You will also mentor and train the design community while addressing complex creative problems.
Responsibilities
- Understands competitor product set and strategy and how it influences customer decisions
- Partners with data scientist to better understand customer needs
- Targets the problems of the organization
- Iterates and tests solution to check it solves the problem
Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of customer-centric design principles
- Be able to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Possess proficiency in design software such as Axure, Sketch, and Invision
