Sr Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will partner with Product and Engineering to design the next generation of Pirros, focusing on workflow and UX design. They will collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to create robust UX and UI that can be shipped, while also conducting user research to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Workflow & UX Design: partner with Product to map end-to-end workflows and translate them into flows, information architectures, and interaction patterns
- Product Collaboration: collaborate closely with PMs during problem framing, concept exploration, and refinement of user journeys
- Research & Customer Understanding: join customer calls, discovery sessions, and workflow deep dives to understand how AEC firms actually work today
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS with complex workflows
- Strong at interaction design and UX systems thinking
- Comfortable designing for multi-step, multi-persona workflows
- Able to collaborate closely with PMs and engineers, give and receive feedback, and advocate for users
